Founder & CEO - Ayanda Mbebe
With over half a decade of experience in property law, debt recovery, and foreclosures, I founded Tsanana Asset Management to fuse legal expertise with strategic property and asset management solutions. Today, I serve as CEO of the Tsanana Group of Companies, steering a network of businesses that deliver excellence across property, asset management, and investment ventures.
In 2025, I was honoured as an award-winning businessman by Africa’s Under 40 CEOs and recognised as one of Africa’s 100 Leading Investors, reflecting my leadership, innovation, and impact in the property and investment sectors.
Before launching Tsanana, I worked with leading law firms in South Africa, managing complex foreclosure portfolios for major financial institutions—a foundation that gave me deep insight into the legal and regulatory frameworks shaping property and asset recovery.
